Ombré Brows Aftercare
-
For the First 48 Hours
Avoid water contact for the first 48 hours. Keep them dry and clean. Do not wash, do not clean, do not touch!
Your brows will begin to oxidize immediately. This causes the pigment to become darker. Do not be alarmed, this dark color will fade during the next few days.
-
Cleaning Routine for 7-10 Days
After the first 48 hours, use your CLEANSE. tube from your AFTERCARE KIT to clean your brows twice a day (morning and night). Lather a small dot of cleanser with water and GENTLY PAT onto your brows to clean. DO NOT SCRUB!
Make sure you rinse with clean water after and PAT DRY with the COTTON SQUARES from your AFTERCARE KIT.
-
Once you are done cleaning, apply a thin layer of GLOSSED. ointment from your AFTERCARE KIT twice a day and as many starting from the 3rd day until the procedure area has healed. ALWAYS USE A CLEAN SWAB (ALSO FROM YOUR AFTERCARE KIT) FOR APPLICATION, NOT YOUR FINGERTIPS.
You can only stop this routine after all your scabs/peeling have complete shed naturally.
-
Avoid While Healing
No make-up, tinting of lashes/brows, sun, soap, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming in chlorine pools or in recreational bodies of water. No heavy exercise such as cardio or aerobics, dancing, weight lifting, contact with animals or gardening until fully healed and after all touch-ups.
Do not rub or traumatize the procedure area while it is healing (it may remove the pigment along the crusting tissue).
-
Continue to Avoid
Use a “total sun block” after the procedure area has healed to prevent future fading of pigment color.
Do not use products that contain AHA’s on the procedure area. Always check your product labeling, it will fade your pigment color. (Example: Glycolic, Lactic Acids)

If you have any questions or concerns, experience any swelling, blistering or any other complications post-procedure, stop using product and call your artist immediately. You may be allergic to the aftercare product you are using!
